I have recently been privileged to meet a young lady who has written and
published a series of cookbooks that are as complete as anyone would
require.By complete, I mean that they cover everything from the
purchasing of the food,the cooking, to the storing of the food and
proper cleaning of the utensils.
Her name is Brenda Inniss-Boston,of Toronto, Ontario and she has been
educated as a chemist/microbiology analyst,which gives her a rich
foundation from which to base her recipes.
Having a Caribbean background doesn't hurt either; as
some of us know,a lot of Caribbean dishes are tasty and healthy at the
same time.
To my knowledge, Ms. Inniss-Boston has written 5 books on a variety of culinary arts,from vegetables to desserts.
As previously stated, healthy eating can be an important part of living a longer and healthier life.
These books are well-written and very reasonably priced, according to today's market, so do yourself a favor and get healthier and enjoy yourself at the same time.
The exercise is another story, so we will leave that for later, right now, just enjoy the food.
