The Holy Bible is my favorite and the most important book on earth because it is the Word of Almighty God. If more people read and obeyed the guidelines of the Bible satan would be irrelevant because he wouldn't have anyone to carry out his will. The world would be a much better place.
The devil has no power except the power that people
give him by doing things that he can't do because he is only a spirit,
getting things done by influencing others to do them. How does it make
you feel to know that satan has been using you, often without your
knowledge.
It bothers me to see how some people are afraid of the devil but are not afraid to offend Jesus, who has put the devil under subjection. If people only knew the power that they possess because of the blood that Jesus Christ shed on the hill called Calvary, they would surely not live under bondage to satan.
We, every single person on earth, have the opportunity to live eternally with God, in Heaven, if we renounce our sins, accept Christ Jesus as our Lord and Savior, and live sin-free.
The enemy makes it as difficult as he can, for us to do these things but
the choice is up to us.
One other thing that greatly disturbs me is that there are Christian people,
in leadership positions, who fail, for whatever reasons,
to inform their followers of all of the acts that can prevent them from entering the kingdom of God. Excusing all sorts of things that will keep them from entering the Kingdom of Heaven.
We have an obligation to God and to ourselves to make good righteous choices in every aspect of our lives. It's much easier than you might think. Jesus came to earth to show us that it is possible to live sin-free. You might say,"but He's Jesus". It's all about the choices that we make. He just made the right choices ALL THE TIME.
