For many years, Gospel radio has been a vital part of the Black community in rural, as well as, urban areas. This applies,as well, in rural areas of the White community. Truth be told,Gospel music has been a very big part of the American fabric for the larger part of the whole twentieth century, up until the present time. Personally,because I can't be in church at all times, the next best thing is Gospel radio.I can listen to my favorite Gospel artists of today and also those from the past, on whom the industry was founded, depending on which station I am listening to.It's all God's music as long as Jesus is the center of the message.In this section, we will feature links to some of Gospel music's unsung heroes who go about quietly doing their best to bring the music to their respective communities.
