Recent
studies have proven that music
really does enhance life. In the
medical field doctors have begun to
use music as therapy, in many
different ways, to help improve their
patients' condition.
In the area of education
instructors have noticed a very
significant improvement in subjects other
than music, when that student is
in music studies, especially in math.
Work environments are more pleasant
where music is played.
Music is often played to comfort
animals as well, whether in a
zoo or in a home.
Not only does music soothe the
soul,calm the spirit,relieve stress: but
it is known to improve memory skills, (much
the way crossword puzzles or word
search activities do) to alleviate
the onset of Alzheimer's or Dementia.
I have developed a method of
studying music that simplifies this
age old art.
It is taught from the keyboard
where you can see the actual
notes laid out before you, however
the music theory is relative
to all musical instruments.
Imagine being able to put your
inspirations to music: from your head
to the paper.
"Music: The Way I
See It" was purchased in 2008 by
the Flint Board of Education, in
Flint, Michigan, to be used in
their curriculum.
Be assured that after covering this
book completely, you will have a
thorough understanding of how music
is put together.
I've included a section that shows
you what notes can be played
with a certain chord and what
notes cannot be played with certain
chords.
We've really tried to leave nothing
to chance by including everything
that we could think of to make
learning easier for you.
If you love music and would
like to learn music, then
this is the book for you. Written
for people who will take the
time to study and enjoy studying
music.
If that person is you, come
join the rest of us who would
like to know as much about
music as possible. But remember , "you 'll
only become as good as your
study habits."
